Please do not call or email us. This RMA section is here to help you experience a simple problem free return. You must receive an RMA number from our automated system. If we receive a package without an RMA number we have the right to refuse the package or charge an additional $10 customer service fee.

1. Get RMA number for your order - enter your email address or order id
2. Enter what is wrong with battery (if applicable)
3. Tell us if you want an exchange or return
4. Print out RMA Sheet and ship entire package to our PO Box
5. Once we receive your package we will process your return/exchange within 4 business days.

Once you log in you will be able to submit a trouble ticket if there is any problems with your return or exchange.

* STOP!!! PLEASE READ THE RMA SECTION REQUIREMENTS THOROUGHLY. Any return that does not fit our requirements will be shipped back only at the consumers expense. Do not ship anything to us unless you are certain that it meets the proper guidelines.

* WE WILL NOT EXCHANGE batteries that have been damaged because of improper installation or mishandling by the consumer. If the product is shipped back to us under a false pretense or claim it will be shipped back at the consumers expense.
