Problem with Order Received

Once in a while there are problems with orders received. There are mistakes made and we will do our best to fix any problems you have encountered.

All problems with orders need to be submitted through our automated system. Go to returns page.

Received Wrong Product - but ordered the right product

• We are sorry. We made a mistake in sending your order.
• We will immediately send out your correct order after you submit the order request through the returns system
• You must ship back the other product received. If we do not receive this product within 2 week we will charge you for the additional products sent to you.

Ordered the wrong Product

• You must return the product for a full refund minus any shipping costs. We will not charge you any restocking fee if you make another order with us.
• You must make a new order for the product you incorrectly ordered.
• Once we receive your returned package and we investigate it to make sure it is in good condition (batteries were not installed) and we verify you made another order we will refund you the entire amount minus the shipping.
  • If we do not verify another order is made we will charge you a 7% restocking fee of $5 whichever is greater.
  • If the battery was installed or the tools are broken and we do not verify another order was made we will contact you. We will not refund your money. We will send you a new order of products and charge you a shipping fee.

Did not receive all of the product

• We are sorry. We made a mistake in sending your order.
• We will conduct a formal investigation immediately. If we find a fraudulant claim is made by a customer we will file a complaint with the authorities and file a lawsuit for any loss and damages.
• If we find there is a mistake made by our shipping department we will immediately send out your correct order after you submit the order request through the returns system
